my favorite boise restaurant, the milky way, fell on hard times too. they left and took with them 1A's best dessert: bread pudding. i'm no chef, but i think it involved chocolate, caramel, some home made whipped cream, etc. etc. think you can recreate it for not many moneys??
If you want to learn how to cook from a smiley house wife keep browsing. I spent the last decade spending every dollar I made. The majority of my budget was used in a pursuit of great food and good times. The Great Recession of 2008 forced me to adopt a new lifestyle, and the transition has been a little rough. To be honest, the past five years have been a train wreck and it took me losing everything to realize that. My pursuit of the good life hasn’t died. It has found a new course. I am now teaching cooking online. I'm Dave Trent!
You already made my favorite. Salmon Roll. Looks great. Can I request a dessert?
ReplyDeleteLamb.
ReplyDeleteI second that. Rack of lamb would be awesome.

ReplyDeleteShrimp Scampi. I've never found a flavorful version, it's always a ton of butter and garlic, but no real depth. Any thoughts?
ReplyDeletePlease email all requests to me at cookingdavetrent@gmail.com and I'll read all of them. Thank you, and I'm Dave Trent!
